-
Once our prospective customer has met our team, a RFQ is usually receive a few hours after the call. Once received, a sales rep is assigned and a notice of receipt is sent to our customer
-
Our sales rep asks our sourcing team to gather the best prices at shortest lead times in the market. On receipt of this information, the sourcing team send it back to the sales rep
-
Our sales rep will go ahead and send our prospective customer a quote, usually within 2 hours of receipt of the RFQ. Once sent, the sales rep will now follow up with the prospective customer, negotiate pricing & terms, finalize testing requirements and create a win win situation for both parties at the end of the deal
-
On placement of the purchase order, the sales rep goes ahead and asks the sourcing team to procure parts and book a date and time for testing the parts
-
Parts once procured are now sent in for testing at a 3rd party lab picked by our customer. Thereafter the test report is shared with the customer for approval to ship
-
Our logistics team ships out the consignment to reach the customer within the schedule agreed upon
-
Our sales rep will follow up for feedback a week after the consignment has been received
